The online Bachelor of Liberal Studies (BLS) is a flexible, interdisciplinary degree-completion program designed for adult learners who have started, but not completed, a four-year undergraduate degree. It is fully online and mostly asynchronous, making it possible to balance coursework with work, family, and other commitments.

Students choose from concentrations in Health and Society, Global Perspectives, or Management Studies, with courses drawn from more than 25 academic departments. The curriculum builds a strong liberal arts foundation while developing practical, transferable skills employers value – communication, critical thinking, leadership, data analysis and cultural competency.

Designed with working adults in mind, the BLS offers part-time enrollment options, multiple start dates and proactive student support. With an emphasis on workforce relevance, equity, and accessibility, the program empowers non-traditional and historically underserved students to complete their degree, increase lifetime earning potential and confidently advance their careers.
