The International Education Administration & Leadership (GSE: IEAL) program is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in leadership roles within the realm of international education.

Through a comprehensive curriculum, students are trained to lead, develop, implement, and evaluate international programming and initiatives across various sectors, including business/industry and postsecondary education, in both public and private settings. With a focus on fostering global perspectives and cross-cultural competencies, the program prepares graduates to navigate the complexities of internationalization efforts and promote educational excellence on a global scale.

By enrolling in this program, students will earn a Master of Education (EdM) degree in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a specialized concentration in Global Studies in Education, empowering them to make meaningful contributions to the field of international education leadership and advocacy.
